Pearl Mobile DTV Company LLC is committed to capturing the full potential of the digital television spectrum in the United States to accelerate the development of mobile digital television (Mobile DTV) for broadcasters. By working with NBC Universal, FOX and ION Media in a national joint venture called Mobile Content Venture, our goal is to create an entity that has the required knowledge-base, leadership and resources to succeed in a competitive marketplace.

Our collaborative effort will greatly improve our industry's opportunity for success in this exciting world of new mobile broadband technology.
